Power to Break the Curse of Poverty

Exhortation:

The curse of poverty is not God’s plan for His children. In the Bible, God speaks of His desire to bless His people abundantly, to give them a future filled with hope, and to break the chains of poverty that limit their potential. Every believer has been given the power through Christ to overcome every curse, including the curse of poverty. This power is not based on human ability but on the authority and grace of Jesus Christ, who became poor so that we might become rich (2 Corinthians 8:9).

As believers, we are to stand firm in our faith, declare victory over poverty, and receive God’s abundant provision. Through fervent prayer, the power of God’s Word, and a determined spirit, we can break every generational or personal curse of poverty that has held us back.

Confession:

I am a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus. I am no longer under the curse of poverty, for Christ has redeemed me from every curse of the law, including the curse of poverty. I declare that I am blessed in the city, blessed in the field, and blessed in every area of my life. The Lord has given me the power to create wealth, and I walk in the abundant blessings of God.

I refuse to accept poverty, lack, or limitation in my life. Every spirit of poverty, every curse, every demonic force that is holding me in financial bondage is broken in the name of Jesus. I receive the power to prosper, the wisdom to manage resources, and the favor of God that leads to increase.
