Exhortation:

Hey, friend. Ever feel like you’re constantly letting yourself or others down? Like you make promises with the best intentions, but somehow things just don’t pan out? You’re not alone. The spirit of unreliability can creep into our lives, making us inconsistent and hindering our progress. But here’s the good news: God’s got a plan for that! He wants us to be people of our word, dependable and trustworthy. Today, we’re gonna tackle this thing head-on through prayer. Remember, God’s faithfulness is unwavering, and He wants that same steadfastness in us.

Confession:

Heavenly Father, we come before you today acknowledging areas in our lives where we have fallen short. We confess times we haven’t followed through, moments we’ve been inconsistent, and promises we haven’t kept. Forgive us for the times we’ve allowed the spirit of unreliability to take root, causing disappointment to ourselves and others. We recognize this is not your will for us, and we desire to walk in integrity and dependability. (in Jesus name, Amen.)
