Biblical Exhortation:
Take heart! The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Don’t let your heart be troubled, believe in God (John 14:1). He has promised to be with you always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord.
Confession:
Heavenly Father, I come before you acknowledging that at times my mind has been a battleground. I confess that I have allowed thoughts of fear, doubt, and anxiety to take root. Forgive me for any way I have opened the door to mental torment. I declare today that my mind is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and I take authority over every negative thought and feeling. I choose to fix my mind on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8). In the name of Jesus, Amen.
